LCP is targeting companies in various verticals within the Business Services industry. We look for opportunities that satisfy most of the following criteria:

Company characteristics

• Commercial or consumer service companies with recurring revenues

• Minimum of three years of profitable operating history and strong reputation

• Leadership or solid growth potential within its industry

• Diverse customer base with high retention rates

Financials

• Revenues of $15-25 million

• EBITDA of $1-5 million

• EBITDA margins of at least 10%

Target Markets

• Verticals within Business Services that have growing total addressable market

• Products or services providing significant value-add to the customer

• Fragmented industry verticals such as (but not limited to): logistics services, education and training services, and building and construction services
